Properties was established in 2013 with the sole purpose of driving Real Estate
Sale, Investment, Advisory services and offer efficient and value added
Property Management services. The objectives of PM Properties includes but not
limited to, investment in construction projects (both public and private) real
estate, agency representation in various brands and other agricultural related
services by itself or joint venture with other companies, partnership firms
and/ or natural persons. The company is now a multi-faceted ‘’property
practice’’ in passionately by Pontsho Mngadi (Principal Agent) with experienced
support staff. The service provided includes Commercial[1]Residential
Sales & Management, Retail leasing, Facilities Management and Developments.
Other professional services include Property Valuation. In the long term the
plan is to build credibility and reputation in the field of property management,
develop the strong base of key customer to help building the capacity of the
company. Expand regional in the field of property management and marketing of
all types of real estate.
